Uncle Toh and myself decided to head to Batam for a night during the Mothers' Day wkend since well..we have been talking abt taking a 'short' trip for the longest time.Ya..real short isn't it? I'll usually insist on staying @ Holiday Inn but this time round, i thought i might wana try the villa @ Batam View....since its really not ex, + its a Villa!!Bleah...

I hv to say it was really awesome! the downside?..Batam was soooooooo so hot and even the air con was simply not good enuff~

I'm always amazed by how gamers can glue themselves to the computer all day. Can you imagine those muscular fingers and wrist power they must hv after so many yrs of 'training'. Hmmmm....

I mean gaming is juz u know...a game?fake?virtual? But the kinda effect it has on one is juz wooo...it was in the news sme time back that some kid in the US stabbed his mum to death coz she interupted his game or something isn't it? And i think some kid in Japan killed himself coz he couldnt complete the last stage (or sorts). These are of coz real extreme cases. The usual would be no food,no drinks,no bath,no sleep blah blah...

But guess wat? The computer i have at home is THE best. It has got special powers..yeah,really. And recently i have a new name for it...its call Doctor Com.

Sweaty, Stinky Weekend

Was home most of this wkend coz its just way too hot!!Oh my gosh...even when i'm home, i'm sweating like a pig can? Hmmm...but coz it was soo hot, i actually managed to finish washing all my laundry!!clothes that were washed in the morning were all dry by noon!woo hooo....

Anyway, went Suntec City with Toh ytd since he wanted to go there to get his car washed. We had our lunch at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao..wah lao!!that plc suckz can? I LOVEEE Crystal Jade Kitchen but to be honest, i cant say the same for this...

For one, the service is not even comparable and the food?Ewwk!!I love Dan Dan Mian (no meat,peanut sauce ONLY kind). So ya..i ordered that.It looked alittle too soupy but thought...shd be alright...nehh, its not alright.





Nothing beats Dan Dan Mian from here.
