CNY 2009

CNY is ok,so far so good...well at least i dun need to go Msia,hurhur! CNY is always a quiet affair for me and my family. Not much visiting,its mainly my mum's plc or another aunty's plc kind. And uncle toh's back for a week!Yippie~~

Lynn and her hubby came back for CNY and managed to meet up with them for dinner. Din know where to go,so ended up at Sentosa.




Went ard ytd with uncle toh, and brought him here for ice cream~YUMMMMMY!

Nothing to do on Mon, so met up with my dearie and Dianne for dinner & drinks @ Wala.

It'll be CNY in 11 days & i've yet to buy my CNY clothings..how??Sigh!Lazy~~ Uncle Toh will be back in 8 days! Yippie~

I really dun understand y there are extra surcharge when u do ur nails or hair during CNY period...WHY?!isnt more business a good thing?y take this opportunity to add a stopid surcharge, WTH lor. Ok i know this has always been the case but the surcharge amt is ridiculous can? i called my usual nail plc wanting to make an appt next Sat, they said they dun accept phone booking as i'll need to make a deposit 1st. Ok fine, so i went down this evening and when i saw the price, i nearly died. Its $50 for a blardy pedicure!If its eve of CNY would be $55.Go rob la..!Usual price is $35 can??Increase $20-$25 is totally unacceptable can?!Manicure is $42 and usual price is $22. I simply refuse to pay that extra...so will get it done this Sun instead. Super duper duh!-_-"

Intend to go colour and trim my hair this Sat, shall see how riduculous the pricing will be...bleah!

I hate it when i'm not taken seriously when i am! Just because i had a few drinks doesnt mean i'm talking nonsense can?! Things are already difficult for me and i know it is for u too, juz becoz i dun voice out doesnt mean everything's ok. Its all becoz of u that i'm convincing myself everyday that things will be ok...let me tell u I'M NOT!

Wanted to visit Cu Chi tunnel the last time but no time and MAN!!Now i know y everyone's telling me not to go....roll eyes!






The day i had to come back Spore was also the day that Toh had to move apt. Smewhere nearer or shd i say in the main city. The new plc's definitely not as nice as its a service apt but the location's fantastic~! Here's uncle Toh packing his stuff...on the very day! Bye bye Cantavil....bleah!

Later that night, we had dinner at this seafood restaurant...more crabs *puke*


For some reason...Vietnamese lovee hotpot. Every major occasion also hv hotpot...

The next day, we attended Toh's colleague's wedding which was also at Vung Tau. Vietnamese wedding is pretty similiar to ours. The usual march in, pouring of campaign,cutting of cake and the yum seng~ The only diff...ppl arrive early and the whole ceremony is done in less than 2hrs....hurhur!!
